Executive Chef Joel Guido has thoughtfully crafted each course to complement the evening’s pairings, from a crisp Beet Crisp with Sauvignon Blanc to elegant Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a bold Cabernet Sauvignon, finishing with a delicate Baked Brie Vol Au Vent. Guiding guests through the experience, Guest Speaker Jeff Zappelli, Vice President of Sales, will share insight into the winemaking philosophy and distinctive character behind each pour—creating a night where refined cuisine and celebrated wines come together.
