Join us at WiseGuys for an exceptional multi-course wine dinner featuring the renowned wines of Giovanni Rosso. Executive Chef & Culinary Director Craig de Villiers has crafted an elegant menu featuring Caviar Blini & Crème Fraiche, Grilled Peach & Goat Cheese Salad, Porcini Mushroom Risotto with Truffle, Lamb Steak Haché, and Prime Beef Tenderloin, finishing with a White Chocolate Pot de Crème with Berry Compote & Crème Fraiche. Each course is thoughtfully paired with selections including Giovanni Rosso Arneis, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d’Alba Margherita, and Serralunga d’Alba Barolo. Guest Speaker Davide Rosso, Owner & Winemaker, will guide guests through the wines and share his expertise throughout the evening.
