The evening begins with Fontessa Prosecco at reception, followed by Grilled Artichokes, Seared Diver Scallops, Duck Ragù with Fresh Tagliatelle, Grilled Lamb, and Porcini-Crusted Beef Tenderloin, finishing with a delightful Malva Pudding. Featured wines include Matthew Wallace Hardin Ranch Sauvignon Blanc, Caterwaul Chardonnay, Aston Estate Pinot Noir, Four Doors Cabernet Sauvignon, and Casa Piena Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon.
